Bofinger Brasserie - Art Nouveau / Art Deco

Steps from the Place de la Bastille, one can find a beautiful Brasserie that was established in 1864 by Frédéric Bofinger from Alsace. Brasserie means brewery. Over time, the modest place that served local workers evolved into a very chic restaurant.

The place is known for serving hearty specialties from the Alsace region such as "Choucroute" but it also has great seafood, fish, oysters, lobster, as well as meat and classic French recipes like "Soupe à l'oignon", etc...

Your palette will be pleased, and so your eyes! The décor is stylish in a classy way and you will love the ✨stunning skylight! I recommend checking out the rooms upstairs and even the downstairs washroom! The whole place is a voyage into the 1920's with elements of Art Nouveau ad Art Déco! Treat yourself!
