PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Terminology

“Group Tours” refer to “Historic Walks” such as Absolute Monarchy ; The French Revolution ; Rise of Napoleon ; U.S. Founding Fathers in Paris ; Occupation & Liberation of Paris ; Art Nouveau Architecture with set dates in parisology.net’ schedule.

“Private Tours” refer to “Historic Walks” (such as the above-mentioned tours) booked by a family or group of friends and set on a date and time of their choice. 

“Custom Tours” refer to tours which are designed specifically around the wishes of the customer and may or may not include elements from the above-mentioned “Historic Walks”.

Refunds for “Group Tours”

For participation in “Group Tours” booked through Parisology.net, cancellations received between 14 and up to 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit value. There will be no refund for cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to tour date.

Please note: for participation in “Group Tours” booked through external platforms such as AirBnb, please refer to the appropriate platform’ respective payment and cancellation policy. 

Bookings and refunds for “Private Tours” or “Custom Tours”

For “Private Tours” and “Custom Tours”, Parisology requires a deposit payment in full upon booking. Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the tour date will receive full refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations received between 14 and up to 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to tour date.

SAFETY & TRAVEL INSURANCE

Parisology will make every effort to ensure your safety. We strongly recommends that each of our guests obtain travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent, insurance broker or credit card policy.
