Café du Commerce

How often do you dine in a restaurant that's three-story high and has a tree inside? Nah, nah, nah! I am not hallucinating! This is the Café du Commerce, one of my favourite bistros.

You know a place is good when they've been around for a while, Café du Commerce was established in 1921, over a century ago. They serve traditional 🇫🇷French cuisine and they do it well.

If you are a big meat eater, you will appreciate their quality selection of beef and other meat you do no longer find everywhere like "pig's trotter" or "head of veal". Personally, I shy away from these and being more of a seafood guy, I'm a big fan of their killer oysters from Normandy.

They also have an impressive wine-list to match their dishes and of course the inevitable desserts... The decor is just the excuse to check the place out. Enjoy!
