Bo & Mie Bakery

So many cakes, so little time!! Is this the Instagram effect? Pastries and Viennoiseries now have to be photogenic! Bo&Mie's breads, cakes and pastries definitely match both taste and look criteria.

I volunteered to test/taste the "Cruffin" - a hybrid of Croissant and Muffin, filled with either strawberry or mango. I think there is a bit too much jam inside but that's just me.

I love any kind of rustic bread or bread with cereals/grains, they have plenty of that and even a pastrami bagel which took me back to my New York years...

In about two years time, they already have opened several locations in Paris and I wouldn't be surprised if they keep expanding...
