Chef Alain Ducasse' Chocolates
Here comes Easter! That means a good excuse to eat chocolate! As if we need that...
This year, I got some chocolates from Alain Ducasse. The man just might be the Chef who earned the greatest amount of stars as all his restaurants have been top rated.
Over ten years ago, he got involved in chocolate making but insisted on doing it all the way by creating a factory to roast the chocolate beans. Not surprising for a star Chef to be a perfectionist.
The chocolates are amazing in the way they mix surprising flavours together, but above all, what I appreciated the most is their delicate textures. This is what we call "finesse". Alain Ducasse is truly an Artist, no wonder he received the Legion of Honor.
