In this freezing winter, a good way to warm up is a good Chinese Hotpot! And I know a great place which was recommended by Chinese friends in Paris so I trust their judgement!

The idea of a hotpot is your table has a cooker that keeps the soup very hot. From the menu, you choose the meat and veggies that you and your friends dump in the hot soup to cook them...

You can ask for the level of spiciness of the soup, or should I say intensity...? Before that, I thought only Indian cuisine could be that spicy, but I have a newfound respect for Chinese food. Holy smokes! The hotpot really means hot in both sense of the term: very hot and very spicy! Brace yourself!
