Hôtel Guimard Art Nouveau Furniture at Petit Palais
Now look at the pieces that compose this dining room furniture... Clearly, they do not come from Ikea... Imagine the level of craftsmanship and the number of hours it must have taken to produce all this by hand.
Every single piece was designed by Architecte Extraordinaire Hector Guimard for his own home "Hôtel Guimard" which he built in 1910 after getting married.
You can now admire this beautiful furniture at the Petit Palais, which is the Museum of Fine Arts. It is worth a visit and on top of that, it is a free museum!
