Jean-Jacques Rousseau - Ethnomusicology
Where would we be today without the great thinkers who observed the world and imagined it differently? Jean-Jacques Rousseau was born on 28 June 1712 in Geneva, Switzerland.
He is mostly known for his writings, from his first political essays "Discourse on Inequality" and "the Social Contract" ; to his pre-romantic novels ""Julie or the new Héloïse" ; or his "Confessions" which is often referred to as the first auto-biography.
