Matsuda Japanese Restaurant
Say you are in Paris and you need a break from French food (how could this be?)… Or maybe you love Asian food, and you have a craving for Japanese food?
I recommend Matsuda on Rue Saint-Roch, right behind the beautiful Saint-Roch church. There are many Japanese restaurants in Paris, yet maybe 5% are authentic and run by Japanese people who know their stuff!
Matsuda is one of them. I was introduced to this place by someone who had lived in Japan, and anytime I have friends from Asia visiting Paris and they would like to find comfort food, I take them there.
Not a single one of my friends or Asian food connaisseurs have been disappointed by this place, so I feel confident in recommending it! Try their yummy tempura or sushi… いただきます (Itadakimasu = Bon appétit!)...
