Paris Jewish Quarter Falafels
Here's a challenge! If you like falafels, go to the Rue des Rosiers in the area known as "Le Pletzel" and try to find the best one! I will not favor any one of them. The queues might be intimidating but the staffs go pretty fast in preparing these sandwishes.
A trick is to simply ask the people standing nearby and eating their falafels whether it is good and where they got it... And if you prefer something sweeter, try the Sacha Finkelsztajn bakery for some Yiddish delicacies they've been preparing for several generations!
Back when I lived in New York City, I loved getting "Hallah" bread, this is my go to place in Paris for that. Mazel Tov!
