Restaurant le Soufflé
Have you ever had Soufflé? Have you had the sweet or savory kind? It doesn't get any more French than this! The verb "Souffler" means to blow. This heavenly dish is made with beaten egg whites which give it a very ☁️fluffy texture.
When in Paris, you should pay a visit to "Le Soufflé", located at 36, rue du Mont Thabor, in the 1st arrondissement. The restaurant was established at that location in 1961!!! What does that tell you? Serving savory and sweet soufflés for sixty years...
My personal favourites are the Soufflé Henri IV with chicken and mushrooms and the Apple Soufflé with Brandy for dessert. They will knock your socks off! Let me know if you like soufflé and which you have tried so far :)
