Pillnitz Declaration - Threat to the French Nation

From 25 to 27 August 1791, Leopold II, Emperor of Austria and Frederick Willem II of Prussia met at the Castle of Pillnitz in the Saxe region. They had a few political issues to discuss.

One of which was their stance towards the events that were taking place in France in the midst of the Revolution. One cannot stress enough how the ideas of Liberty and Equility scared the monarchs of Europe. None of them wanted these subversive ideas to "contaminate" their own people...
