Shooting at Palais-Royal - Carême Pastry Chef

It's always exciting to witness a movie shooting in Paris, specially if that's a period piece and the period is my favourite!

The shooting is for a mini series about Antonin Carême.

A young boy who was abandoned during the French Revolution but had the opportunity to learn cooking and pastry making. He greatly contributed in turning cooking into an artform and was actually the very first "chef".

The series could be interesting as he lived though the French Revolution ; the reign of Napoleon ; the restoration of Monarchy and the 2nd French Revolution!

The scene was shot at Palais-Royal, I am hoping to see shooting in other locations! Enjoy!
